Refund & Replacement Policy

Every print is made to order, individually produced for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size or paper selection. Please choose your size and paper type carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Prints
We take great care in printing and packaging your artwork. In the rare event that your print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
To request a replacement, please photograph the affected area and the packaging it arrived in, and email us within 48 hours of delivery at tanjulsarkar.photography@gmail.com. Once verified, we will reprint and reship your order.
Cancellations
As prints go into production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations can only be accommodated if requested within 2 hours of purchase and before the print has entered production.
